If you have been looking for a slower style paced workout that targets total body fitness with lifting weights, look no further, forty-five minutes of toning your entire body in an easy going atmosphere. No Jumping or cardio & ends with a soothing cool down.

Bfit & Strong

Build Endurance, increase muscle definition and sweat your way to a Strong, fit body you've always wanted! Simply have FUN working out with a combination of dumbbells, barbells, & body weight movements.

STEP

Using the step at many positions and heights, this 55 minute cardio class will strengthen and shape your legs, glutes, calves and keep your heart pumping!!! Energetic music will inspire you to push a little harder!!ll Ending with core work and stretch.

YOGA

Heal your body & mind while also improving balance, strength & flexibility. This class is the perfect way to get a total body stretch as well as improve core strength and reduce stress!

Intermediate to Advanced - Open to ALL Fitness Levels with Modifications Offered

PUMP - 55 mins

FEEL the REP effect! As PUMP combines high rep, low weight barbell & dumbbell muscle training in rhythm to top music hits. Each song focuses & trains a muscle group to maximize your workout!

Power Pump - 55 Mins

Enjoy a FULL body workout focusing on strength & conditioning utilizing dumbbells, barbells, & body weight. You will experience compound movies (two moves put together) that will challenge multiple muscle groups & improve core strength and balance.

BFit & Strong - 55 Mins

Build Endurance, increase muscle definition and sweat your way to a Strong, fit body you've always wanted! Simply have FUN working out with a combination of dumbbells, barbells, & body weight movements.

Combat - 55 Mins

Mix of martial arts, boxing, kicks, & punches will bring you a moderate to high intensity cardio workout! Class starts with a light warm up, moving right into mixed choreographed combinations that will differ from song to song, finished with core training! Bring your weight training gloves and FEEL the POWER OF COMBAT!

R.I.P.P.E.D. - 55 Mins

A Super combination of cardio interval training & strength training with dumbbells. This class might leave you breathless, but it'll be worth it!! Class finishes with core training.

STEP - 55 Mins

Using the step with different riser height options, STEP is a cardio class that will shape & strengthen your legs, glutes, & calves! The energetic music will inspire you to Work harder & keep your heart pumping the whole class, increasing cardiovascular health!

Combat - 55 TABATA Spin & Pump - 30-45 Mins

A NEW format of interval training! Each TABATA set has 8-20 seconds cycles with 10 seconds of rest in between with ONE minute of rest in between each set. In TABATA Pump, each TABATA set will focus on ONE muscle group creating quick muscle fatigue. Ultimately creating FAST results in muscle fiber change. In TABATA Cycle, we will challenge different tempos and resistances in each TABATA set. This class is SUPER fun, SUPER quick, and EFFECTIVE!

Yoga - 60 Mins

Relax your mind, body, & soul. Enjoy easy flowing vinyasa sequences (movement with coordination with the breath) and bring your body into a state of harmony & balance with Relaxation and Meditation at the end of class.
