Get Started With Our Beginner Classes To Reach Your Fitness Goals

Beginner Pump - 45 Mins; For our members new to pump fitness classes, Beginner Pump introduces the principles of any weight or Pump class. It is designed to target each major muscle group in a variety of ways. Learn how to properly execute moves such as a squat and an upright row and get started on your fitness journey to a Stronger Fitter YOU! We also have body weight to light weight options.
Beginner Step - 30 Mins; Found on Wednesday mornings, a totally fun way to get in a little cardio! Using just a bench, this class will teach you all the moves executed during our regular Step class to a slower consistent BPM (beat per minute). This class is suited for our beginner level members to our fitness fanatics as you set your bench height for how hard you want to push!
Beginner Cycle - 30-50 Mins; Step out of your comfort zone and onto a BIKE! This class is a low cardio class that increases your heart rate on a moderate level to increase metabolism. We will guide you in setting up your bike correctly for a comfortable ride and take you on a journey up little mountains and hills using different levels of resistance, raising your heart rate to moderately to BURN calories.
T-N-T Senior - 45 Mins; Beginner level toning class. Tone all major muscle groups mixed in with moves focused on balance in an easy going atmosphere! No jumping or cardio, ends with a soothing cool down.

Intermediate to Advanced - Open to ALL Fitness Levels with Modifications Offered

PUMP - 55 mins; FEEL the REP effect! As PUMP combines high rep, low weight barbell & dumbbell muscle training in rhythm to top music hits. Each song focuses & trains a muscle group to maximize your workout!
Power Pump - 55 Mins; Enjoy a FULL body workout focusing on strength & conditioning utilizing dumbbells, barbells, & body weight. You will experience compound movies (two moves put together) that will challenge multiple muscle groups & improve core strength and balance.
BFit & Strong - 55 Mins; The ultimate, challenging, full body strength & toning workout. Prepare to achieve OPTIMUM RESULTS with advanced moves! Anything goes, as this class is a step ABOVE PUMP, and then some!
Combat - 55 Mins; Mix of martial arts, boxing, kicks, & punches will bring you a moderate to high intensity cardio workout! Class starts with a light warm up, moving right into mixed choreographed combinations that will differ from song to song, finished with core training! Bring your weight training gloves and FEEL the POWER OF COMBAT!
R.I.P.P.E.D. - 55 Mins; A Super combination of cardio interval training & strength training with dumbbells. This class might leave you breathless, but it'll be worth it!! Class finishes with core training.
Cycle BEATS - 30-45 Mins; This class uses the BEATS in the Music to motivate your mood for the ultimate cardio ride. This cycle class is a full hour crushed into 30-45 minutes of High Intensity intervals on a bike. You will SWEAT away the calories and leave feeling accomplished and ENERGIZED! End with a cool down and stretch.
STEP - 55 Mins; Using the step with different riser height options, STEP is a cardio class that will shape & strengthen your legs, glutes, & calves! The energetic music will inspire you to Work harder & keep your heart pumping the whole class, increasing cardiovascular health!
TABATA Spin & Pump - 30-45 Mins; A NEW format of interval training! Each TABATA set has 8-20 seconds cycles with 10 seconds of rest in between with ONE minute of rest in between each set. In TABATA Pump, each TABATA set will focus on ONE muscle group creating quick muscle fatigue. Ultimately creating FAST results in muscle fiber change. In TABATA Cycle, we will challenge different tempos and resistances in each TABATA set. This class is SUPER fun, SUPER quick, and EFFECTIVE!
Yoga - 60 Mins; Relax your mind, body, & soul. Enjoy easy flowing vinyasa sequences (movement with coordination with the breath) and bring your body into a state of harmony & balance with Relaxation and Meditation at the end of class.
